Open Customise > Skills. Click +, choose Create skill and then Upload a skill. Select bud-strategy-lab-en.zip and turn the skill on.

How to use skills in Claude

Decisions supported by AI

Use AI to structure the analysis before deciding.

Define what needs to be decided, by whom, by when, and which criteria and limits will guide the choice. Without that framing, AI tends to list possibilities instead of supporting a decision.

Ask the skill to show what we know, what we are assuming and which information could change the choice.

Assess each path against the same criteria, including the option of not acting. Make gains, risks, resources required and what will be deprioritised explicit.

Look for objections, second-order effects and signals that would justify revisiting the choice. The final decision stays with the people responsible.
