Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

When you fill out the “Request a demo” form, we collect:

• Full name
• Work email
• Company name and size band
• Phone number (optional)
• Preferred language of the form
• Technical data: browser user-agent, referrer, UTM parameters, and a SHA-256 hash of your IP address (we never store the IP in readable form).
• Third-party analytics cookies loaded only after explicit consent via the cookie banner: Google Analytics 4 (aggregated usage metrics) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session replay).

2. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, given when you check the “I've read and agree to the Privacy Policy” box before submitting the form.

3. Purpose

Your data is used solely to contact you, introduce the Bud platform, and understand your company's context. We do not share it with third parties and do not use it for advertising.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored in a Google Cloud managed database (Firestore), region us-central1, with access restricted to Bud's internal team. It is retained for up to 24 months and automatically deleted after that.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Confirm we process your data
• Access and correct the data
• Request restriction, erasure, or anonymization
• Withdraw consent at any time
